Trophy Assembly
Depending on the number and types of items in your order, we may send engraved plates and trophies in separate deliveries. Trophy plates are self adhesive and are easily attached.
Lead Time
Lead time, the time needed to personalise a product varies depending on product type and chosen engraving options.
In most cases orders are completed and despatched between 3-7 days, large orders may take longer.
Although we endeavour to despatch all orders by the stated lead times, these may be affected due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If ordering multiple items, your order will be despatched when all items are completed.
